ASK YOUR REALTOR about your financing options.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana" size="2"&gt;The property tax assessments noted above are IN ADDITION to the regular property tax of about 1.25%. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana" size="2"&gt;On transfer (upon the sale of your home), a &amp;quot;donation&amp;quot; of .05% of the sales price must be made to Lennar's Charitable Housing Fund.
