Pricing for these developments will be released by Lennar closer to the time that these will become available for purchase, so expect these to be priced at what the market will bear (market rate) at the time they're released.Many of the homes in Valencia River Village will be situated directly adjacent to Soledad Canyon Road, so for those preferring a quieter environment, be careful to select a lot with a more desireable location. This may be hard to do in the Valencia River Village development since it is sandwiched between the new Cross Valley Connector and Soledad Canyon Road, which are both very busy roadways.It is advisable for all buyers to bring a Realtor with them on their first visit to these new developments.
