Here come the price drops! Lennar's West Hills and West Creek in Valencia have homes available with special incentives.

Lennar has just announced special incentives and price drops for homes in their West Hills and West Creek developments in Valencia.

These discounts and incentives only apply to certain homesites (as in those that have remained unsold the longest), but may be a great opportunity for buyers to get into a brand new full-featured home for a substantial discount.

We call these homes "standing inventory", meaning that they are unsold homes that are ready to move in. Builders don’t like to have standing inventory on their books, so they often offer temporary price decreases and other incentives to get these homes sold. This is good news for buyers who are looking for a great deal on a home in a new development! 

In order to maximize these incentives it’s best to bring a qualified Realtor with you on your first visit to the builder’s sales office… remember that the builder’s sales team is working for the builder, and not for you! This first visit rule is strictly enforced, so don’t go wandering into the sales office on a whim or you could be leaving a lot of money on the table.

The homes in West Hills and West Creek Valencia are considered to be "everything included" homes by Lennar, which means that they come with all appliances (including fridge, washer and dryer) and many upgrades are standard. Most of these homes come with GE Profile stainless appliances in the kitchen, as well as granite slab kitchen counters.

With discounts up to $36,000 off the last list prices of select homes, these Lennar homes are sure to attract some attention.
