Lennar has released a handful of condos for sale at The Madison at Town Center Drive in Valencia.

The condos at The Madison at Town Center Drive in Valencia are now up for sale again on a limited basis. Leases are also available for 6-12 month terms.

The Madison at Town Center Drive is a luxury condo community adjacent to the Hyatt Valencia and across from the Valencia Town Center Mall. The building includes 341 residences with an abundance of amenities, including a resort-like pool and spa, fitness room, movie theater, internet cafe, lounge, conference room, billiard room and an outdoor seating area with fireplace.

The Madison was originally the Prado apartments, but have been upgraded from the original format to include granite kitchens, stainless-steel GE® refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave, built-in desk area with high-speed internet access for computer setup, spacious walk-in closets, and a full-size GE® washer and dryer. Unit sizes are from 791 to 1,642 square feet for 1-3 bedroom homes with 1-2 baths.
