Valle di Oro townhomes in Santa Clarita will start presales soon.

Valle di Oro, the much-awaited new townhome development in Santa Clarita, has announced that they will begin presales sometime in August. Models will also be available for viewing around the same time.

Pricing has not been set for these townhomes yet, and likely won’t be until they open for their presale event. However, these townhomes are expected to start from the mid-$500’s for homes starting at 1851sf.

Located near Sierra Highway and Golden Valley Drive close to the 14 freeway, the Valle di Oro townhomes were initially expected to come in at a much lower price point. However, these do have some "upscale" features worth considering, such as a gated entrance to the community and larger-than-usual yards.
