Public hearing is set for February 21 to add additional units to the original plan.
The developers Tesoro del Valle, a master planned development in Santa Clarita adjacent to the Valencia area, are requesting that 477 units be added to their original requests for Phases B and C of this development.
This request does not increase the total of 1791 units originally planned for the development, but it does reallocate the 475 units that were not built in Phase A (the homes already built) and the 2 estate homes that will no longer be built in Phase D.
Currently, Phase B is planned for 122 single family homes on larger lots and Phase C is planned for 115 homes. The current request for reallocation of the "unused" units from Phases A and D would increase Phase B to 182 units and Phase C to 532 units. Click here for more information on these new developments.
If you do not agree with this increase, or if you'd like to attend the hearing for informational purposes, it will be held on February 21 at 6:30pm in the Tesoro Historical District.
