Presales for Santa Clarita's Valle di Oro townhomes expected to start soon.

Trimark Pacific’s Valle di Oro townhomes, located off Sierra Highway near Golden Valley Road in Santa Clarita, are expected to start presales in February or March of this year.

The Valle di Oro townhomes will be a gated community and will include recreational facilities such as a pool, spa, picnic area and walking trails. These townhomes will feature larger-than-usual yards for those who enjoy gardening or outdoor entertaining.

With up to five bedrooms and lofts, dens and bonus rooms, these large townhomes will boast 1851 to 2750 square feet of living space.

For commuters, the Valle di Oro townhomes will have easy access to the freeway and public transportation, with a covered bus stop and the Metrolink station nearby.
