45 new homes to be built by Suncal in the Tesoro del Valle area.

Suncal has received the final approval to build 45 new homes in the Tesoro del Valle area. These homes will be located adjacent to the Valencia area west of San Francisquito Canyon Road between Lowridge Place and Cherokee Canyon Lane, north of Copperhill Drive. These homes will be accessed via Avenida Rancho Tesoro and Stoney Creek Road.

Lot sizes in this development will be a minimum of 15,000 square feet, with 34 of the lots at 20,000 square feet or larger. There will also be three open space lots and four public facility lots in the development.

77 percent, or about 143 acres, of the land in this new Suncal development will be devoted to open space. All of these single family lots will be clustered on the west side of the development, and there will be no access to these homes from San Francisquito Canyon Road.
