Santa Clarita Offers Aid to Low to Moderate Income Families
Santa Clarita's Residential Rehabilitation Program offers grants for home repairs.
The City of Santa Clarita has grant money available to help low to moderate income families make needed repairs to their homes.
The Residential Rehabilitation Program offers grants up to $5000 to help keep homes safe and livable. The grants can be used to repair single family homes, condos, townhomes and mobile homes within the boundaries of the City of Santa Clarita.
Typical repair grants are for roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, flooring, windows, painting and modifications for disabled access. Grant funds are not issued for upgrades or remodeling efforts.
