Valencia River Village

Valencia River Village will be the final residential village in the Valencia Master Plan.
"Valencia River Village will be built around Americana theming and will include 700 acres, of which 60% will remain as natural areas."
Featured Real Estate Development

Valencia RiverVillage (Valencia River Village) will be centrally located in the Santa Clarita area near Bouquet Canyon and Soledad Canyon Road, just north of the Santa Clarita River. For locals, this is behind the Burger King on Bouquet Canyon and across from the Saugus Swap Meet area.

Valencia River Village will be built around Americana theming and will include 700 acres, of which 60% will remain as natural areas. There will be recreation centers, parks, river trails and a small neighborhood retail center as well. Homes in Valencia River Village will include both townhomes and single family homes.

The first homes to be released in Valencia River Village will be the Brookville homes and the Heirloom homes, which are both single family developments. The Brookville homes will feature 4 bedrooms and 2756-3060 square feet of living space. The Heirloom homes will feature up to 5 bedrooms and 3396 to 3512 square feet of living space. Pricing for these developments will be released by Lennar closer to the time that these will become available for purchase, so expect these to be priced at what the market will bear (market rate) at the time they're released.

Many of the homes in Valencia River Village will be situated directly adjacent to Soledad Canyon Road, so for those preferring a quieter environment, be careful to select a lot with a more desireable location. This may be hard to do in the Valencia River Village development since it is sandwiched between the new Cross Valley Connector and Soledad Canyon Road, which are both very busy roadways.

It is advisable for all buyers to bring a Realtor with them on their first visit to these new developments. Otherwise you'll be left at the mercy of the builder's sales staff, and that can sometimes create issues that unrepresented buyers cannot solve by themselves. It does not cost you any more to bring your Realtor, and the builder will not negotiate prices down if you leave your Realtor at home. Remember, this is a FIRST VISIT rule, so don't go to the sales office alone!
