These homes will be located above Copperhill Drive and will be connected to the sister community Valencia West Creek by a paseo bridge spanning Copperhill. The Valencia West Hills community will include two recreation centers and paseo walkways as well as the planned West Creek Elementary School.
The first homes to be released in Valencia West Hills will be the Castillo Series homes, which will feature 4 bedrooms and 2067-2236 square feet of living space. The pricing for these homes is expected to start from the low $600,000s.
Many of these homes will be situated directly above Copperhill Drive, so for those preferring more of the hillside serenity offered by this development, be careful to select a lot with a more desireable location. The homes nearest Copperhill will likely suffer from traffic noise, especially as the Copperhill area becomes more developed.
It is advisable for all buyers to bring a Realtor with them on their first visit to these new developments. Otherwise you'll be left at the mercy of the builder's sales staff, and that can sometimes create issues that unrepresented buyers cannot solve by themselves. It does not cost you any more to bring your Realtor, and the builder will not negotiate prices down if you leave your Realtor at home. Remember, this is a FIRST VISIT rule, so don't go to the sales office alone!
