Santa Clarita real estate will soon see some new home developments in the Valencia area.

The Newhall Ranch development is still in the planning and approval stages, and Landmark Village will be the first project to be rolled out.

The Newhall Ranch development will consist of four distinct neighborhoods.
• Landmark Village
• Mission Village
• Homestead Village
• Portrero Village

The village of Riverpark in Valencia is also in the planning stages, and will have more than 400 of its 700 acres preserved as natural areas, balancing conservation and community.

• WestCreek sits just above the banks of the San Francisquito Creek and will feature single-family residences, townhomes and apartment homes.

• WestHills will offer a variety of traditional single-family homes and a recreation center in a gated hillside environment.
