The Valencia NorthPark (or North Park) neighborhood is home to several popular housing developments as well as apartments, restaurants and local shopping areas. NorthPark is adjacent to the Valencia Northbridge area to the south and the Tesoro del Valle area to the north.
Located off McBean Parkway in Valencia, the NorthPark neighborhood is accessed via Skycrest Circle Drive and Sunset Hills Drive to the East, and NorthPark Drive and Sunset Hills Drive to the West. There is also a small section located just north of Copper Hill Drive that is accessed by Calex Drive and Medlar Drive.
The Valencia NorthPark area is served mainly by NorthPark Elementary School, Rio Norte Junior High School and Valencia High School. Popular restaurants in the NorthPark area include Wolf Creek and Wanna Iguana.
The Valencia NorthPark area is a part of the popular paseo system that provides over 25 miles of walking trails throughout the Valencia area. These trails are very popular for family walks, so you’ll see plenty of people with strollers and dogs walking the paseos.
