Housing developments in the Valencia NorthPark area include Carmel, the Courthome Collection, the Greystone Collection, Huntington, Hartford, Mayfair, Nouvelle, Presley Homes, Reflections, Shutters, Summertime, Sunset Ridge, Village Walk, Willows, Wildrose and Windsor.
The Courthome Collection and Mayfair are both cluster-style home developments, or detached condos. Village Walk is the only townhome development in the area. All other homes are single-family style homes, although some do have private streets (Shutters and Reflections) and are thus considered to be detached condos as well.
Most homes in the NorthPark area belong to the NorthPark Homeowners Association, which includes 3 pools, spas, basketball courts, tennis courts, parks and a clubhouse. The Mayfair homes have their own Homeowners Association and private pool area. The Village Walk townhomes also have their own HOA.
Current prices range from the low $400′s for a Village Walk townhome to the mid $800′s for a Sunset Ridge home. Lower priced condos and townhomes can be found in the neighboring NorthBridge area, where a small townhome can be found in the high $200′s.
